IN A recent report by the Asian Pacific American Legal Center, it was revealed that the Filipino-American community has the highest number of undocumented youth in the country.
“Filipinos have the highest number of undocumented youth in the United States,” said Joyce Noche, supervising attorney of APALC’s Immigration and Citizenship Project.

The idea came from a resident who attended a City Hall meeting and said she couldn’t understand a couple of speakers who addressed the council in Mandarin.
