Ling v. State of Georgia Amicus Brief

APALC and its affiliates, Asian American Justice Center, Asian Law Caucus and Asian American Institute—all affiliated members of the Asian American Center for Advancing Justice, filed an amicus brief with the GeorgiaSupreme Court in Ling v. State of Georgia that highlighted the critical need for qualified interpreters in order to provide meaningful access to the justice system for limited English proficient immigrants.
